Relaxation Massage 

 

Relaxation massage aims to reduce physical and mental stress, improve general wellbeing and create an awareness of the body.

  2. Petrissage - kneading strokes

  3. Friction - short movements

  4. Vibration - shaking the muscles

  5. Percussion - tapping movements

  6. Stretching - passive bending of limbs

 

 

Treatment Options:

 

  1. 30 minute massage
    best for small areas e.g. head, neck and shoulder massage

  2. 1 hour massage
    best for general whole body massage or larger areas e.g. back and leg massage

  3. 90 minute massage
