Lower Back Problems

Recently I have had two massages with john. I have had trouble for a number of years with lower back problems and John included remedial massage for that area.

I have felt much better after both of the massages, and not only did John work on the problem area, he gave me exercises to do which could also help alleviate the pain.

Since having the massages and doing exercises I have hardly noticed my back hurting at all.
